If it’s the first time you log in or, if you haven’t add a network yet, it’ll automatically open a support page for the first configuration.
You can also access to the first configuration menu by clicking on the wrench, at the top right of the panel, and select the voice [First configuration].

From this page, you can choose if use the wizard, to activate the Cloud Filter, or the manual procedure.

1. Method (1): WIZARD CONFIGURATION

Choose the logo of your device to proceed with the configuration.
Then select the model of your device

Click on button [Start configuration].

The window that appears will show the DNSs to be configured on your Router/Firewall, also listed at the bottom left of each page on the Cloud panel, and the credentials to use.

NB: For security reasons only the first character of the password is displayed.

At the bottom of the page you can choose between three different options, namely:

» [View the guide]: Clicking on it will be shown a guide with the various steps to activate the service on the device you chose previously.
» [Skip test and close]: By doing this, the guide will be closed and the configuration procedure will then complete. This will not result in further testing.
» [Device connection test]: Selecting this option will run a test that will check if your device has been correctly synchronized with our Servers. The test will take up to 90 seconds.

If the link did not work correctly, an error message will appear on the right, such as the one shown below.
In this case, we recommend that you review the guide or contact us for technical support using the direct links that will appear under the error message.

If instead of a test run correctly, the following message will appear:

In the page will disappear the button [Device connection test] and it’ll appear antoher one called [Open test DNS page].

Clicking on the latter will open a new page and a further test will be made to see if our DNSs have been properly set up.
If this doesn’t works, a series of FAQs will be displayed with solutions to frequently encountered problems. You will also be able to open a support chat or a ticket that will be answered as soon as possible.

NB: For the test to be successful, you must be connected via an internal device to the network on which you want to enable Cloud Filters.
